The Board of Directors consists of a President, two Vice Presidents, Captain, Vice Captain, Treasurer and four other members, who are all elected by the members who attend the Annual General meeting, which is usually held each year in December.

The Board of Directors main responsibility is one of stewardship and trusteeship on behalf of the members, ensuring that the WWCC remains viable and effective in the present and for the future. The Board is ultimately accountable for all club matters.

All Board members have a legal responsibility, (through Common Law and Legislation) to act in the best interests of the WWCC as documented in the Articles of Association of the WWCC.

There is a monthly Board meeting, as well as monthly committee meetings for:

  • Finance Committee
  • House Committee
  • Greens Committee
  • Match Committee
  • Marketing Committee
