Luke Chisholm has claimed his second RL Smith Matchplay A grade title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chisholm defeated Kurt Pideski (1 up) in Sunday’s A grade final at Wagga Wagga Country Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It backs up Chisholm’s previous RL Smith Matchplay title in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a big effort from Chisholm, who defeated three previous Club Champions, James Elliott, Charlie Pilon and then Kurt Pideski, to win the A grade title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ryan Sutton defeated Cooper Silk (4 & 3) to win B grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In C grade, Tom Jennings defeated Cam Donoghue (1 up).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RL Smith Matchplay is an Honour Board event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event is named in honour of multiple-time club champion and all round sportsman, Ronald Lindsay\u00a0Smith\u00a0(known as\u00a0RL) who was very heavily involved in the Club for nearly 40 years before being tragically killed in a car accident in 1984. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
