PLAYING MEMBERS
To obtain a golf handicap a player must submit at least three completed cards, verified by a member, to the club handicapper AFTER the Board has approved their membership. A player is not eligible to participate in Club competition rounds until their handicap has been approved.
During all rounds of golf a player is required to carry a sand bucket and fill in all divots.
Playing members, country members, junior members and senior members may use the course for social golf without green fees. They MUST however, report to the Pro Shop before teeing off.
Golf is a game that depends a great deal on tradition and long-established custom for its charm.
The standards required should extend to the choice of dress and general conduct on the course and in the clubhouse. It cannot be too strongly emphasised that the fundamental rule is consideration to one’s fellow members.
