Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Wagga Wagga Country Club Limited, is to be held in the Clubhouse on Tuesday 18th December 2018 at 6.30pm.

Agenda

1. Apologies

2. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 12th December 2017

3. To receive, consider and adopt the reports of the Board of Directors

4. To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Statements and Auditors report for the year ended 30th September 2018

5. To elect a Board of Directors comprising one (1) President, two (2) Vice Presidents, one (1) Treasurer, one (1) Captain and four (4) other Members

6. To transact any other relevant business of which due and proper notice has been given in writing to the Secretary/Manager.

 

Notes:

1. Members may only vote at the Annual General Meeting in person. Voting by Proxy is not permitted

2. Any eligible Member who wishes to nominate as a Director of the Club must do so in accordance with Article 26 of the Company’s Constitution

3. The Secretary/Manager must receive nominations no later than 6pm on the day immediately preceding the seventh day prior to (but not including) the day fixed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting, being Monday 10th December 2018
